How our ranking works

Organic results

“Recommended” orders stones by: diamonds from our own Surat vault first, then a quality score (complete grading report, measurements, photo or video, plausible price), then price from low to high. You can switch to price or carat order at any time. Vendors cannot pay to change this order.

When several vendors offer the same certified stone, we show it once – with the best offer.

Sponsored results

Vendors can pay for up to three places above the results. These are always labelled “Sponsored” and only show stones that match your filters. Their order depends on the vendor’s bid, the stone’s quality score and how well it matches your search.

Sponsored placement never changes the price you pay and never hides other stones.

Reviews

Only customers who bought and received a piece can review it. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and never pay for reviews.
