We repair manufacturing faults free of charge for as long as you own the piece – for example a loose stone or a broken prong without visible outside damage. Start a request from your order page.

Free insured shipping

Every parcel is fully insured and handed over only against a delivery code. Delivery times are on the product page. Shipping details

30-day returns

Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return conditions

Free resizing

One resizing within the first year is free for most rings (not for eternity rings set all around).

Free engraving

Up to 20 characters inside the ring, free of charge – add it on the product page.

Conflict-free diamonds

Natural diamonds come through the Kimberley Process; the invoice carries the System of Warranties statement. Partners must declare that their stones are not of Russian origin. Laboratory-grown diamonds are always labelled as such.

Clarity-enhanced diamonds

Some diamonds are treated to improve their clarity. We sell them only clearly labelled, at a lower price, and never mix them with untreated stones. How treatments work
