Every parcel is fully insured and sent with a tracked courier. Shipping is free.

Diamonds from our own Surat vault: usually dispatched within 3 working days.
Diamonds from partners: about 7 working days (the stone first comes to Surat for our quality check).
Made-to-order jewellery: about 21 working days.

For your safety the courier hands over the parcel only against a delivery code that we send you by e-mail. Please check the seal before you enter the code.

Outside India

Where offered, the checkout shows import duties and taxes in advance. If it says "paid by us (DDP)", you pay nothing more on delivery.
