On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing. Still, your order is subsequently canceled due to the unavailability of the product. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty
You may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us on infrequent occasions, but the product is no longer available in our third-party fulfillment provider's inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we cannot ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.
If you're interested in a piece of jewelry currently on backorder, call us, and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before posting a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or literal errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. The UK VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers when purchasing goods in the EU and exporting them outside the EU. However, orders from Charisma Loyal are ineligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme because Charisma Loyal is an internet-based mail-order company and is ineligible to participate.

All shipments are fully insured. That means that your order is always shipped risk-free.
For added security, a signature may require upon delivery of your Charisma Loyal orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
We can ship your order to an address other than your billing address if you prefer. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address is on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
When you order a loose diamond or custom-built jewelry, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories, making it expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond.
You will charge a replacement fee if you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after a) it is returned to Charisma Loyal, and b) our Quality Assurance analyzes your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition.
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is buying several of the same items, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This undue restocking causes inventory overhead and can be very costly. At Charisma Loyal, we attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete. To allow you to view products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs.
